Did you know? Seaside Village sits right at the famous Verige Strait — the narrowest and most historic point of the Bay of Kotor.
Centuries ago, this was the border where the Venetian Republic met the Ottoman Empire. To protect the inner bay, massive iron chains (in local dialect: Verige) were stretched directly across the water from shore to shore, and Kamenari served as an important maritime customs post.
Today, the historic chains are long gone, leaving behind only calm turquoise waters and breathtaking mountain views. Where ancient ships once passed and empires traded, you can now sit back, sip your morning coffee, and soak in the rich heritage of Montenegro from the comfort of your private terrace.

To ensure a peaceful, relaxing, and comfortable stay for everyone at Seaside Village, please take a moment to review our house rules:
👶 Adult-Friendly Policy – To maintain a quiet and tranquil atmosphere, we welcome adults and families with children aged 11 and older.
🕒 Check-In & Check-Out – Check-in is available from 15:00, and check-out is until 11:00. (If you need flexibility, please let us know in advance).
🤫 Quiet Hours – Please respect our quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00. We kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum during this time to ensure everyone gets a peaceful night's sleep.
🚭 No Smoking – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. You are more than welcome to smoke outside on your private balcony or terrace.
🐾 Pets Policy – To ensure the comfort of all future guests and maintain our high standards of cleanliness, pets are not allowed.
🔒 Eco & Safety – Please ensure that the air conditioning and all lights are turned off when you leave the apartment, and that all windows are closed.
